Summary
- The duties and responsibilities of a breakfast attendant include
- Maintaining and cleaning the buffet services according to standards
- Accomplishing all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks
- Answering any guest questions about the menu items, daily specials and beverages, including knowledge of the ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes
- Preparing foods, such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, and replenishing food on hot/cold buffets
- Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times
- Receiving beverage orders and directing these to the kitchen, as needed
- Providing customers with condiments upon request
